System Administration
Manage authorized account users through Access Online, enabling greater control and security. Activities include adding/modifying or deactivating users; deleting users with no activity; changing function or account access; modifying available reports.
Ongoing Inventory Management
Using Access Online provides real-time access to stored items, the ability to update the information associated with them and the ability to add new items on demand; making data entry tasks easier, eliminating rework and ensuring inventory accuracy. In addition to information about containers, document images can be scanned and stored in the database for viewing in Access Online.
Order Express
The Order Express menu provides easy and flexible order placement options. Quickly order items by barcode, description search, or request un-registered items. All requested items can be compiled to create a work order with a minimum number of steps.
Order Cart
Access Online has an easy to use cart feature. Requested items are loaded to the cart and can then be selected and added to a work order. Items remain in the cart until removed or until an order is placed. The cart can contain requests for deliveries, pickups, materials, reports, or services.
Orders placed through Access Online can be tracked at each stage in the chain of custody, from the initial request through delivery.
