Career: Account Executive, Sales Department

Scope

  • Manage all direct selling activities in order to meet monthly and annual quota for records management, secure destruction, media vault and digital solutions.
  • Create and present pricing and solution proposals using Access standards.
  • Create accurate opportunity records for all qualified opportunities, including volume, pricing, forecasted close dates / probability, and client pain / solution in the Access Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Maintain weekly activity records (tasks and events) using the CRM system.
  • Respond to internal and external leads through the CRM system within one business day.
  • Coordinate and participate in facility tours and on-site meetings for new prospects.
  • Follow Access contract and pricing standards.
  • Follow all Access Onboarding procedures for sold accounts.
  • Follow Access SOPs for scoping, quoting and conducting projects.
  • Actively participate in the Branch Great Game of Business (GGOB) meetings and program.
  • Actively participate in Access sales, products/services and RIM industry training.
  • Participate with local ARMA chapters to seek RIM training and develop relationships with ARMA members and member-clients.
  • Gain approval for new contracts and create addendums for special terms in accordance with Access contract policy.
  • Coordinate with branch team on-boarding and setup of new accounts.
  • Work with AM on onboarding hand-off and key account relationship management.
  • Access Information Management will assign other duties and tasks as required by the work.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Prior Work Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience and records management industry experience preferred.
