Career: Medical Records Project Coordinator, Atlanta, GA Branch
Scope of Work
- Process all incoming and outgoing orders including, scanning barcodes and locations, storing items in record center and downloading scanned information.
- Research and resolve discrepancies encountered during above processes and communicate difficult issues or problems to manager.
- Interface with customer service, operations and management on a daily basis regarding service quality and issues of customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload vehicles as required and verify accuracy of deliveries and pick-ups.
- Observe company safety & security procedures.
- Prepare and process all paperwork necessary to accomplish the above processes.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Skills:
- Medical Record experience with knowledge of terminal digit systems.
- Computer literate.
- Ability to interact with clients and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead a team and meet daily production goals.
- Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.
- Must be able to read and verify group of numbers continuously during shift.
- Committed to excellence in following company policies, procedures, standards and legal requirements.
- Able to pass a security clearance, background check, and drug screen.
Education:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Prior Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 year prior experience in the Medical Records management industry.
