Career: Record Center Specialist, Atlanta, Georgia Branch

Scope of Work

  • Process all incoming and outgoing orders including, scanning barcodes and locations, storing items in record center and downloading scanned information.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies encountered during above processes and communicate difficult issues or problems to manager.
  • Interface with customer service, operations and management on a daily basis regarding service quality and issues of customer satisfaction.
  • Load and unload vehicles as required and verify accuracy of deliveries and pick-ups.
  • Observe company safety & security procedures
  • Prepare and process all paperwork necessary to accomplish the above processes.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Skills

  • Ability to interact with clients and team members in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.
  • Must be able to read and verify group of numbers continuously during shift.
  • Committed to excellence in following company policies, procedures, standards and legal requirements.
  • Able to pass a security clearance, background check, and drug screen.

Education

  • High School diploma or equivalent

Prior Work Experience

  • Minimum 1 year prior experience in the service / warehouse industry or minimum 1 year experience in records management industry
