Access Information Management Announces the Acquisition of Santa Barbara File Storage and Bekins of Santa Barbara
LIVERMORE, CA — December 23, 2011 - Access Information Management, leading provider of records management storage and destruction services for hardcopy and electronic records, announced the acquisition of the assets of Santa Barbara File Storage and the hardcopy record inventory from Bekins of Santa Barbara. These acquisitions make Access the only full-service records and information management (RIM)company based in Santa Barbara County.
Committed to the Santa Barbara community, Access will continue to service existing clients locally, opening a new Santa Barbara-based, full-service record center location on January 2, 2012. Under the daily direction of General Manager, Robert Cummings, this new location in Santa Barbara will allow Access to offer secure, end-to-end RIM services to new and existing clients, including hardcopy storage and management, secure destruction services, vital records protection, document imaging and digital storage.
